RDF is one of the main regional distributors of inputs (chemical fertilisers, seeds and pesticides) while being a direct distributor of the brands: Pioneer, Dekalb, Syngenta, KWS, Limagrain, RAGT –for seeds, Bayer, Syngenta, BASF, Arysta – for pesticides, and for chemical fertilisers RDF works with internal producers and also directly imports from external producers.
It is important to outline that the two activities are interconnected – the distribution of inputs and cereal trading, due to the fact that RDF company has also its own agricultural production.
Besides the distribution activity, RDF is one of the main regional cereal traders, selling over 100.000 tones of cereals/year. In order to optimise this activity, which involves the receiving large amounts of cereals from farmers, storing and evaluating them, we have our own 10.000 tons storage silo for cereals.
I've always thought RDF as a family business. I always wanted that my employees no matter their position, to have the feeling of belonging to a big family.
